CentralNic announces acquisition of Aporia, $11.2 million in cash and up to $7.8 million in potential bonuses

The initial consideration is USD $11.2 million in cash. The sellers of Aporia can earn up to USD $7.8 million in additional performance bonuses up to 2024.
